1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
- The item should be returned in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return (if applicable).
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos and unboxing video as proof for quick resolution.
4. Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.
- Refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers may be required to bear the return shipping charges unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued.

- Please note that slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
- Such variations are not considered defects.
